Hello. I hope you are enjoying these festive days. I’m not really into all this “christmas stuff” but since it’s very typical and the year is about to end, I want to to wish you all the best. For me it’s a pleasure to be followed, and to follow. Also, I want to make some changes in my life and in the blog, but I don’t know what to do yet…

Christmas vegan lunch. Everything was delicious. 

This was my dinner on Christmas Eve. Made by my aunt. Sautéed vegetables, seaweed and seitan, covered with smashed potato and baked. Really good.

Apple pie

Curry rice.

Fideua soup with egg, miso and chinese vegetables.

Sautéed corn, red pepper and tofu.
